Frederick Fox has partnered with an industry-leading organization in their search for a strong CL Account Administrator. In this role, you will be ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by conducting administrative and customer service functions for a book of about 15 Commercial Lines Transportation, Social Services / Non-Profit, and Construction Accounts ranging from $600k - $750k in annual revenue.

Main Functions:

• Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Field claims data / process claims

Additional Functions:

• Serve both clients and Producers, collaborating with carriers, producers, peers, and even clients
• Process renewals
• Review and analyze quotations from carriers
• Prepare proposals and summaries for clients
• Review endorsements
• Process premium audits
• Perform contract/coverage reviews
• Resolve compliance issues
• Assist with adding additional lines of coverage
• Prepare and deliver invoices
• Review newly issued policies for accuracy
• Participate in monthly renewal meetings
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting requirements and authority

Required

• 1+ years’ Customer Service / Account Administration servicing P&C Insurnace customers (issuing certificates, processing claims, etc.).
