JDP is seeking an Second Shift Maintenance Manager to lead our team in ensuring the operational reliability of our facility and equipment in Dallas, TX Area! This role is crucial for maintaining efficient operations through effective maintenance strategies and team leadership.

Second Shift

Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of technical personnel responsible for maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Analyze equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of preventative maintenance procedures.
• Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance team.
• Facilitate team training and development.
• Manage maintenance budgets and inventory.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment.
• Oversee parts inventory and procurement.
• Respond to operational emergencies as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance management.
• Experience with industrial control systems and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team.
