What You'll Get to Do
The General Maintenance Tech is focused on mechanical/electrical performance of general maintenance, and reports to the Department Supervisor.
This role is perfect for an individual who hands on, responsible, with great communication skills . A vital member of the Maintenance Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in all areas of the plant with limited assistance as needed
• Follow safety procedures including but not limited to, LOTO, fall prevention, confined space, NFPA 70E
• Maintain all production equipment in a safe and proper operating condition. This includes both mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Install and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ Years of Maintenance experience
• Experience with measuring tools i.e., calipers, dial indicators, electronic voltmeter
• Fabrication experience, i.e., welding, torch cutting, etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot and operate machinery for Metal Fabrication
• Experience reading and understanding fabrication machinery control wiring/pneumatic diagrams

1st Shift 6am - 2:30pm with required overtime
Position pay rates $22.35 hr.
