Job Responsibilities

• Cut, prepare, and serve various hot and cold foods, including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizza.
• Sample products to customers.
• Stock hot and cold cases with prepared foods from the kitchen, walk-in preparation, and refrigerators.
• Check product dates for freshness and rotate as needed.
• Bale and consolidate recyclables.
• Assist Team Leaders in organizing volume and seasonal items.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Participate in periodic inventory checks.
• Arrive on time, appropriately dressed, and ready to work; attend all scheduled shifts and required meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs promptly, and model suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximize sales through proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow established procedures, including health and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment; maintain equipment according to WFM standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned; ensure accuracy of signs and pricing.
