Skills and abilities / Experience Responsibility

1. Work independently to manufacture bead products following GMP and GDP practices
2. Ensure products are manufactured per the planning schedule
3. Conduct associate training as required
4. Cross-training in other areas of Reagent Operations to provide manufacturing flexibility
5. Work as a team member on projects following directions from senior scientists or manager
6. Support team leadership in the implementation of Company initiatives
7. Promote a safe work environment. Notify the supervisor of all observed hazardous conditions or unsafe work practices
8. Perform other related duties and assignments as required by supervisor and/or management team

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of experience in science-related field
2. Bead dyeing and conjugation experience is preferred
