Labor and Employment Attorney - Boston

Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate to join its labor and employment team as a non-partnership track salaried attorney in its Boston office. This position will be benefits-eligible and will generally have an expected billable hour goal of 1400-1800 hours.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of employment litigation and counseling experience
• Capable of running and managing cases, communicating and negotiating with opposing counsel, and arguing motions in court
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Comfortable advising clients directly, and managing deadlines and case dockets
• Experience with higher education and Title IX is a plus
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Massachusetts bar membership is preferred but in any event required within one year of commencing employment.
