Job Responsibilities:

1. Review all fixed income portfolios on an ongoing basis
2. Communicate with portfolio managers and institutional clients to confirm portfolio objectives
3. Continuously monitor the firm's fixed income holdings
4. Execute trades in coordination with Director of Fixed Income
5. Work with brokers on trade settlement
6. Set up and master IMTC, the portfolio allocation software recently purchased by the firm
7. Learn the firm's investment philosophy and monitor relevant fixed income markets, eventually conducting research and presenting new investment ideas

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree required
2. Interest in obtaining CFA® designation is required; some progress towards this objective is preferred
3. Proven financial services experience, with preference given to sell-side bond experience
4. Understanding of interest rate market and the bid process employed by bond brokers
5. Strong attention to detail
