Position Overview:

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking an exceptional Midlevel Litigation Associate (3-6 years) for their Palo Alto office. This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of Silicon Valley's premier litigation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle significant responsibility on complex commercial litigation and class action matters
• Draft and argue dispositive motions
• Manage all aspects of discovery
• Prepare and conduct depositions
• Work directly with senior partners and clients
• Contribute to case strategy and development

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of commercial litigation or class action experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills
• Experience with motion practice and discovery management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience at an AmLaw 100 firm
• Experience with class action litigation
