Job Description:

A well-established law firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal with experience in commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in all phases of case management, from intake to trial preparation. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and excellent communication with clients and legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and gather case-related information.
• Manage case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and updated.
• Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and drafting trial documents.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in Commercial Real Estate
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
