Position Title: Salesforce Architect (Only W2 candidates)

Duration: 3 Months Contract work with possible extension

Work Location: Remote (Client is in Montvale, NJ)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Enterprise Architect to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in architecture along with a strong background in implementing Salesforce and SAP solutions. Additionally, this role demands an individual with experience in solution, integration, and data architecture, combined with a deep understanding of modern technological trends such as generative AI, master data management (MDM), and cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions that align with the organization's business strategy and objectives.
• Lead and oversee major transformation programs, including front office and back-office implementations using platforms like Salesforce, SAP, MuleSoft, Data Lake, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
• Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and standards for major implementations and integrations.
• Design and implement robust and scalable solution architectures that meet business needs and leverage best practices and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow and communication between disparate systems within the organization.
• Architect and manage data solutions that support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting requirements, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Utilize knowledge of generative AI, MDM, and cloud architecture to enable and advance the organization’s technological capabilities.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps, and develop comprehensive solutions that align with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and governance across the organization.
• Drive global implementation of integrated architecture including Salesforce, SAP, data lake, data cloud, and marketing automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other architects and technical teams.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and continually seek opportunities to improve and innovate within the enterprise architecture landscape.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing major transformation programs, specifically with technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, MuleSoft, Data Lake, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Data Lake and other cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with building Architecture blueprints and roadmaps.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, Integration Architecture, data architecture, and cloud computing technologies.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft and Azure services for integration architecture.
• Proficient in enabling generative AI, MDM, and Cloud Architecture.
• Excellent understanding of enterprise-level applications and infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of data governance and security standards.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Salesforce, Azure, AWS, or relevant cloud technologies.
• Experience with additional cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
