CNC Machine Operators to join our innovative manufacturing team in

Pay: $18-25/hr. (Depending on experience). Temp to hire.
Available Shifts: B Shift (4pm to 2:30am, Mon-Thurs) or C Shift (10:30pm to 7am, Sun-Thurs). Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for running various manual and CNC lathe/mill machines to manufacture complex parts while ensuring product quality through tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities: - Manufacture complex parts from provided instructions.
- Control product quality during production runs using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial bore gages.
- Measure and work with tight tolerances in accordance with blueprints and control plans.
- Operate machines in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a machine shop environment.
- Familiarity with G and M codes and ability to interpret blueprints.
- Ability to sit, stand, and use hands to handle and operate machinery for extended periods.
- Occasionally required to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required, including close and color vision.
