We’re looking for a strategic marketing expert to drive demand generation and pipeline growth through innovative, scalable campaigns. You’ll Spend Your Time:

  1. Leading the strategy, development, and execution of global demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
  2. Owning the end-to-end rollout of inbound and outbound marketing programs, including content, webinars, and paid digital strategies.
  3. Developing and refining audience segmentation, messaging, and targeting strategies to maximise engagement.
  4. Enabling regional marketing teams to tailor and launch high-performing campaigns in key markets.
  5. Defining and tracking success metrics, analysing campaign performance, and providing insights to optimise future programs.
  6. Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

What You’ll Need:

  1. 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in demand generation or campaign management.
  2. Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and sales tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Zoom Webinar, Salesloft, etc.).
  3. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep campaigns on track.
  4. A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse campaign performance and make strategic recommendations.
  5. A passion for team collaboration, working closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to drive revenue impact.
