SkyWater Search has been retained by a Minneapolis-based non-profit in the Financial Services industry to find and hire a Manager of Benefit Administration Services. This is an opportunity to work with a tenured group of leaders at an established, 30+ year business in a role only open due to a retirement within the department.

To be a fit, we are looking for someone with experience managing staff in a healthcare and/or retirement benefits environment; ideally coming from an organization with enterprise scale. This company has experienced a healthy amount of change when it comes to systems and technologies and we're looking for someone to drive change and optimize processes with these new tools at their disposal.
