What You’ll Do

  1. Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

  4. Coordinate and collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

  8. Lead project teams with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
  9. Oversee project close-out, ensuring proper documentation, punch lists, and owner satisfaction.

What You Bring

  1. 8+ years of project management experience in mission-critical or high-tech construction.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  3. Proven expertise in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
  4. Deep understanding of building codes, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
  5. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.
  8. Willingness to travel to project sites across the region as required.
