Job Title – Employee Relations Coordinator
Location – East Setauket, NY 11733
Duration – 3+ months contract position
Shift Time – Mon-Fri 8:30AM - 5PM
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Actively communicate and work with hospital leadership to ensure all components of the program and evaluation are complete and accurate
- Serve as point of contact for the collection and receipt of all performance programs and evaluations
- Effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
- Maintain the Performance Management mailbox
- Utilize monthly reports to reconcile and follow up on outstanding programs and evaluations
- Generate and process reappointment correspondence for unclassified employees
- Process transactions in PeopleSoft and send correspondence
- Track, monitor, and send out correspondence for future non-renewal dates of UUP-represented employees
- Prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently
- Be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Exercise independent judgment in the resolution of data correction
Skills Required:
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail

- Ability to work with confidential data
- Ability to work in a fast complex environment
- Ability to multitask
