Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Reporting

• Lead the development of the budgeting and forecasting processes, incorporating strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion of reporting packages, including daily/weekly cash reports, covenant compliance, and monthly financial statements.

Operational & Working Capital Visibility

• Design and implement KPI's to track revenue, order backlog, shipment trends, margin performance, and liquidity.

Financial Reporting & Profitability Optimization

• Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and EBITDA , ensuring clear visibility into financial performance.
• Drive automation of financial models and reports using SQL, Power BI, or similar tools.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Planning

• Implement a budget and quarterly forecast.
• Provide financial modeling and due diligence support for M&A activities .

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience , ideally in a PE-backed environment.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, business intelligence tools, and performance management frameworks .
• Experience with ERP systems, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and forecasting platforms .
• Proven ability to drive process improvements, enhance financial visibility, and support strategic decision-making .
