Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team! The team is responsible for the investigations and working on resolution of carrier shipping, working closely with the fraud teams or warehouse related issues to prevent negative customer experiences or impacts by identifying fraudulent claims, carrier related issues, 3PL issues or systemic issues that are driving a negative customer experience. This will require collaborative engagement with 3rd party warehouses, carriers, and internal Supply Chain and IT partners.
Duties:
- Support the Supply Chain operations
- Responsible for meeting daily service level commitments of an average of 80 tickets resolved per day

- Ability to work in a team environment, fostering engagement from internal team members in order to achieve team goals
- Aggressive self-starter that can succeed working independently in a highly dynamic environment
- Proven ability to organize conflicting priorities and optimize customer impacting solutions
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Slack, and Point of Sale systems
- Some overtime work may be required
