Trillium Construction is now hiring in Kodiak, Alaska!

Our client is a prime general contractor on design-build, new construction, renovation, repair, civil, and demo projects at federal government-owned facilities and military installations. They are now hiring for a Superintendent for a long term project in Kodiak, Alaska helping renovate an occupied Coast Guard building.

This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary of up to $130k plus housing, per diem, vehicle, and full federal employee benefits, fully covered by employer. Candidates must have previous experience working on federal remodel projects.

Duties:

-Manage all aspects of operations, including daily planning, staff management, project execution, and resource allocation.

-Develop and manage budgets, review financial reports, and allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals.

-Oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and quality standards are maintained.

-Ensure that the site adheres to safety regulations, policies, and procedures, and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

-Must get approval from coast guard minimum of 10 years in building construction and remodeling

-3 other projects of design / build projects

-Must have experience working in an occupied space

-Valid drivers license (no DUI in last 5 years), OSHA 30 (within 5 years), CPR and AED within the last 2 years

-Experience working with army core
