Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair sensors in laser manufacturing systems
• Perform electromechanical testing on electrical, mechanical, and sensor systems
• Utilize scopes, meters, cameras, and other tools to test and diagnose issues
• Work with motors, gears, wiring, and harnesses in a precision manufacturing environment
• Ensure proper calibration and alignment of laser systems

Qualifications:

• Experience in electromechanical troubleshooting and sensor testing (experience in laser systems is a plus)
• Proficient in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic cameras
• Strong understanding of mechanical components such as motors, gears, and wiring
• Ability to read schematics and perform fault isolation
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
