Principal for Energy Consulting
This role will be a critical member of LTIMindtree's Energy Consulting Team
The role is responsible for consulting engagements in digital transformations related projects in O&G Upstream.
Experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience of working in Upstream Information and Operations Technologies (IT & OT)
- Experience of working with O&G Upstream companies on digital transformation related projects such as digital oil field development and management, integrated asset management, Subsurface data analysis, predictive maintenance, migration from on-premise to cloud, change management, etc.
- Sound knowledge of oil & gas production operation
- Good understanding of Industry 4.0, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Edge Technologies
- Familiarity with various industrial data related modules of Azure and AWS
- Understanding of data workflows and underlying IT and domain applications in upstream industry
- Ability to interact with business stakeholders of different levels within client’s organization and understand their business requirements
- Skillful in analyzing client’s as-is state and performing gap analysis to help client achieving their business objectives
- Excellent communicator with good experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering

- Ability to travel 4 days per week within US
- Should be authorized to work in the US
