CORPORATE FINANCE/BOND COUNSEL ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, a highly regarded Atlanta based AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a Corporate/Public Finance Associate for their Atlanta office.

The idea candidate for this position will have at least two plus years' experience acting as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, lenders counsel, or borrower's counsel in public finance transactions. Experience in governmental finance matters is also helpful.

Although preference will be given to attorneys licensed in Georgia, candidates licensed in New York, Florida, Illinois, California and Texas are also encouraged to apply.
