Role: Associate Attorney – Plaintiff-Side Litigation

Location: Jersey City, NJ / Wayne, PA (On-Site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Plaintiff-Side Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience, preferably in FLSA, class/collective actions, and federal court practice. The ideal candidate will manage multiple cases, develop case strategies, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and initiate new cases.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and briefs.
• Manage client communication and case updates.
• Prepare and analyze complex Excel models (e.g., damage models, time audits).
• Negotiate settlements and prepare approval motions.
• Ensure compliance with firm protocols and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience.
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Experience with client intake and communication.

Work Location:

• Full-time, on-site in Jersey City, NJ or Wayne, PA .
