Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and on-site service and support
• Interact with customers to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Identify the root cause of technical problems through investigation and communication
• Escalate priority issues to management when necessary
• Follow up with customers to ensure positive outcomes
• Stay current with system updates and industry advancements
• Schedule service tickets and coordinate field service technicians or contractors
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach to service excellence

Required Experience:

Candidates should be electrically and mechanically inclined and have at least three years of technical field service or support experience with expertise in:
