In order to complete our Consumer Experience team , we are currently looking for a WebTech Tech(nical) Lead .

What you’ll do

• Lead the technical vision for the WebTech product, focusing on Drupal application and architecture and ensuring alignment with business goals while meeting security and compliance requirements.
• Drive innovation by utilizing new technologies and WebTech-specific modules, and facilitate the agile delivery of minimum viable products (MVPs) across cross-functional teams.
• Foster collaboration through technical discussions and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments, while mentoring external agencies in best practices for Drupal development.
• Oversee the evaluation and selection of technology standards, ensuring compliance with governance activities, and assist in designing assurance processes related to WebTech solutions.
• Contribute to the Digital Marketing Technology strategy, prioritize development efforts based on impact, manage project risks, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery of WebTech based initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external inquiries regarding the WebTech product, acting as an ambassador for its vision and capabilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of design and implementation experience in IT and WebTech systems, with Agile methodologies.
• Outstanding proficiency in Brand Website development & Web Content Management systems, specifically in Drupal, PHP, and Python.
• Knowledge in Azure DevOps and pipelines, and hosting is a must.
• Proven experience in integrating WebCMS with external tools and systems like Salesforce and Gigya.
• Strong experience with development life cycle methodologies (Agile, rapid prototyping, DevOps, etc.).
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
• Strong understanding of technology and security architecture.
• Good understanding of IT standards and controls.
• Proven ability to define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and deliver them rapidly with high IT consumer adoption.
• Experience working with IT consumers, understanding requirements, and translating them into solutions.
• Effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
• Possess expertise in utilizing Generative AI for code generation and curation, streamlining development processes and enhancing code quality in WebTech applications.
• Possess knowledge of Salesforce, including CRM management, automation, and reporting functionalities.
• Possess knowledge of data analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive data-informed decision.
• Are familiar with digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly in the context of AI and automation.
