Insight Global is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team for an esteemed educational client. This role requires you to be onsite in New York City five days a week.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments
- Exceptional phone etiquette and outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
- High School Diploma or higher education
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Compensation: $18-$19/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
