About the Role:

Position: Construction Manager- Data Center

Location: Des Moines, IA

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Des Moines, IA (Onsite). This role involves overseeing data center construction projects , ensuring seamless coordination, adherence to safety protocols, and timely project execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, and project integration
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
• Collaborate with general contractors and stakeholders
• Oversee project scope, budget, and scheduling

Top skills:

• Data center construction experience
• Strong collaboration and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Salary Range: $ 130000 - 140000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
