Our growing Am Law 200 law firm client is seeking a motivated and proactive Litigation Paralegal to support their dynamic litigation team in their San Francisco office. This position provides a unique chance to build valuable skills in defense litigation while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The firm has a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze case materials, including medical records, exhibits, and trial preparation documents.
- Conduct research using court databases and public information sources; summarize findings.
- Review, analyze, and organize document productions and case files.
- Assemble chronologies of key facts and documents; summarize pertinent transcripts.
- Coordinate materials for expert witness review and monitor third-party eFile/eService databases.
- Conduct investigative research on opposing parties and expert witnesses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in toxic tort litigation, including asbestos, talc, or similar cases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); iManage and Relativity experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience preparing pleadings, discovery documents, and supporting trial preparation.
Salary: Up to 90K
