Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced No-Fault / Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in New York State No-Fault insurance, with specific experience in filing NF-2 applications. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred to better serve our diverse client base.


Experience Required : Prior experience filing No-Fault applications, running DMV searches, and drafting/serving Letters of Representation.


Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file no-fault applications (NF-2) accurately and timely.

- Manage a caseload of no-fault insurance claims from inception to resolution.

- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.

- Assist attorneys with case preparation, document and calendar management.

- Translate documents and communications for Spanish-speaking clients, if applicable.

- Maintain organized and detailed case files.


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pre-litigation paralegal.

- Proficiency in filing all applications related to No-Fault Insurance including NF-2, NF-6, etc.

- Fluent in Spanish is highly preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in legal research and case management software.
