Responsibilities

Technician II, you will play a vital role in ensuring our buildings and grounds are safe, functional, and inviting. You'll
perform a variety of maintenance tasks, from plumbing and electrical repairs to HVAC and carpentry work, all while
upholding our high standards for quality and safety.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
•Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met.
•Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames.
•Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management.
•Conduct advanced routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
•Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.
•Train and mentor junior maintenance staff as needed.
•Inspect property and address maintenance concerns proactively.
•Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors and rotate on-call for emergency maintenance.
•Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report any shortages.
•Other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION:
$18.75-$20.19 per hour
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in general maintenance or related field.
•Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
•Affordable housing experience is a plus.
•Must be able to participate in the emergency on-call rotation as needed.
•Dedicated to exceeding expectations by providing exceptional service.
•Demonstrates accountability and reliability by taking full ownership of projects and outcomes, prioritizing

solving, while continuously engaging in learning and development to enhance performance; fosters

•Willingness to embrace feedback and continuously improve.
•Strong belief in the value of teamwork and collaboration.
•Reliable and committed to doing the right thing at all times. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
•Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
•Personal standards of appearance and dress compatible with the Company's standards.
•Must successfully pass a background check
