Your Responsibilities:

?? Oversee all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget

?? Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure seamless execution

?? Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards

?? Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment

What We’re Looking For:

? 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction

? Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and construction methodologies

? Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment

? Experience with multifamily, office, retail, K-12 or hospitality projects is a plus

? Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control measures
