Oracle ERP Business Analyst / PM
Salary: 125K + Benefits
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify needs, and define functional specifications for Oracle systems.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Assist in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle ERP and other Oracle applications. Ensure solutions meet business needs and system integration requirements.
- System Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for Oracle systems, troubleshoot issues, and work with technical teams to resolve problems efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes, propose enhancements, and ensure the smooth integration of Oracle applications to optimize operations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain system documentation, business process flows, and technical specifications. Create reports to provide insight into system performance and improvements.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct system testing (UAT), develop test cases, and manage the validation of system configurations to ensure quality and functionality.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Train end-users on Oracle system functionalities and new system updates, ensuring proper knowledge transfer and adoption.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and external vendors, to ensure Oracle applications align with business goals.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably with Oracle ERP (EBS, Cloud, or other Oracle solutions).
- Strong understanding of Oracle Financials, SCM, HRMS, or other relevant Oracle modules.
- Experience in gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, and system testing.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and/o
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud certifications,
- Familiarity with SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and report development.
