Role - Employment Litigation Attorney

• Traditional labor and employment counselling and litigation

• Manage complex employment litigation cases from start to finish with a high degree of autonomy

• Craft and execute winning defense strategies for employment disputes

• Provide expert counsel to clients – including school districts and government entities – on employment law matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for court proceedings

• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and more

• Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients passionate about education and community impact


Benefits

• Competitive salary of ~$200k per annum, based on experience

• Up to 12% bonus
