Role –Insurance Coverage Associate

?? Represent clients in litigation matters, including trials, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.

?? Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses, as well as trial preparation.

?? Conduct thorough legal research, analyze statutes, case law, regulations, and other legal materials to support case strategy.

?? Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings, advocating on behalf of clients.

?? Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and clients, seeking to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting client interests.

Requirements

??Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree

??Admission to the State Bar

??3+ Years Insurance Coverage experience + some general litigation

?? Billable Hours = 1600
