Position: Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Location: Garner, NC

Pay: $30 to $33/hour

Experience:

• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 1 year of experience in PLC and VFD troubleshooting.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED.
• State Certified Limited Electrical Contractor license is required.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 5pm

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Perform routine electrical maintenance on generators, boilers, compressors, and production equipment.
• Install new electrical systems and equipment as needed.
• Diagnose and repair problems in accordance with PM/Work order systems.
• Conduct periodic inspections of systems ranging from 120V to 480V three-phase.
• Maintain an inventory of essential parts for system support.
• Utilize PLC Logic for equipment diagnostics and repairs.
• Collaborate with local and OEM vendors for parts sourcing and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations.

Position Requirements:

• Rockwell software training preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of bottling processes, including water treatment, batching, and filling systems.
• Proficient in electrical, pneumatic systems, welding, and rigging.
• Strong machine shop skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
