We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive with a primary focus within Central PA. This role will require relationship building mentality and skills to maintain & grow current clients within the Behavioral Health market.
Targets will consist of treatment centers, physician offices and other healthcare entities that need behavioral health pharmacy and laboratory services. The Business Development Executive will have growth & maintenance bonus metrics for both pharmacy services and laboratory services independent of each other.
Responsibilities:
- Efficient territory planning and management including pre call planning and routing.
- Partnering with internal business development team to serve new clients. Networking with existing clients, and participating in trade shows and other networking opportunities within our industry.
- Managing relationships with internal sales resource and stakeholders in other functional areas.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all our product offerings.
- Develop and present to management a business plan (quarterly) that takes into account territory specific factors and company initiatives that will maintain and/or produce new business growth.
- Utilize the company's CRM as required. Including logging activity
- Accurately forecast accounts that may be at risk of leaving.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (Business, Marketing, Communications or a scientific field, preferred)
- 5+ years outside sales and/or account management experience, required
- 3+ years' experience in the behavioral health care space, preferred
- Needs to be physically located in or within 75 miles of Harrisburg, PA
