Key Responsibilities:
- Document operational and administrative processes (ISO).
- Conduct compliance and follow-up audits.
- Prepare reports on process improvements and progress.
- Assist in quality control and production efficiency projects.
- Identify opportunities to prevent waste and inefficiencies in production.
- Research and test design ideas using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop robust manufacturing concepts to simplify and enhance processes, ensuring best practices.
- Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation, including flow charts, capacity/utilization studies, time and motion studies, standard work, cycle time analysis, and line balancing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for insight and direction.
- Develop management control systems to improve financial planning and cost analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in process documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or Senior status within 1 year of obtaining degree.
- Basic knowledge of Quality Control and ISO 9001 standards.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual: English - Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
