Compensation for this direct hire opportunity ranges between $23.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!

What you will do as an Associate Account Manager:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through advising and responding to all correspondence in a quick and accurate manner
• Review current insurance programs offering the right coverage at a competitive price
• Communicate and educate clients on policies as needed
• Evaluate and process client requests to ensure appropriate coverage is met
• Resolve inquiries on service problems, billing, and claims to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain client files in the agency management system following standard company policies and procedures
• Enter activity and other relevant documentation accurately into the company’s software system(s) in accordance with company procedure

What you need to be an Associate Account Manager:

• Education and experience attained through a high school degree, bachelor's degree, and 3+ years customer service experience
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license
• Demonstrated success in customer service
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, demonstrating ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Self-starter who takes initiative to identify problems and lead by example
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
