Tetra Tech Inc. Disaster Recovery (TDR) is currently hiring for Quality Control Reviewers. The Quality Control Reviewer will work with federal disaster recovery grant programs along with the Program Manager, subject matter experts, and others to implement grant programs that assist individuals affected by disasters.
The successful candidates will have extraordinary attention to minute detail and be responsible for executing daily administrative, data entry, and reconciliation functions assigned to them under the supervision of the Program Manager. The Quality Control Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing documents to ensure compliance with program requirements. This is a remote position, and candidates are expected to adhere to Tetra Tech's remote work policy.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
oCoordinate with Program Manager or designee for work schedule, priorities, and assigned tasks
oFollow program standard operating procedures, checklists, and job aids to conduct QA/QC review of application records
oReview, analyze, and reconcile application documents for grant-funded programs
oMaintain daily precise administrative records including timesheet and activity logs
oAdhere to program work schedule provided by Program Manager or designee
oPrevious experience with quality control review, case management, eligibility review, or data analysis required
oProficiency in using Microsoft programs including Teams, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and Excel required
oBachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred
oPrior experience with federal grant funding preferred
oFinance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Business Administrative background preferred
oAbility to quickly learn new software systems when needed
oAbility to create and maintain process automation documentation
oMust have proficient verbal and written communications skills with the ability to receive and execute instructions
oWork attentively with minimal supervision
oWorkdays in excess of 8 hours and/or weekend attendance may be required
oHave extraordinary attention to detail
oAdaptable to work on many different deliverables and maintain composure and professionalism
The ideal candidate will preferably have:
o2+ years of experience in quality control review, program eligibility review, data analytics and/or business administration
Standard Schedule:
oThis is a temporary assignment expected to last 6 months.
oWork hours are 8 hours per day 5 days per week. 30 Minute Lunch & 2 Fifteen Minute Breaks. This may change based on program needs.
oWork on the weekend shifts is expected.
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary
This position with Tetra Tech is temporary and on an "as needed" basis and will end.It is understood that your employment is to be on an "at will" basis.
