Certification Details ARRT Certification in Radiology BLS Job Details Type of Resource Requested: Cath Lab Techno Position Title (Specialty): Special Procedures Technologist On-call (Y/N): Y On-call requirements: 1 weekday/week; 1 weekend out of every 4 weekends. Follows department rotation and standards. Hours Per Shift: 10 Shift Start Time: 0700 Performs diagnostic radiographic exams. Utilizes PACS and EMR systems Performs interventional procedures per protocol and established procedures. Maintains appropriate IV and Contrast Competency Follows established protocols and procedures for proper patient position, exposure control, and radiation protection. Performs office duties as needed. Communicates clearly and effectively with all involved in the patient care process. Cleans and inspects departmental equipment Cleans and stocks Imaging rooms. Job Requirements Associate degree Technical experience: 3 years EP experience preferred; coronary and peripheral case experience such as CTO, carotid stenting, AAA, and complex peripheral intervention. Structural experience preferred. Schedule Information Shifts are 10 hours starting at 0700. On-call requirements include 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend out of every 4 weekends.
