We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist for our Queen Creek, AZ office. Your primary responsibility will be helping patients heal using TMS treatment.

Responsibilities - Be the face of Serenity Healthcare
- One on one coaching and commitment to patients during treatment
- Graduate Serenity's paid TMS training program
- Own outcomes of patient treatment
Qualifications - High School Diploma/ GED.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Three years' work experience in customer service required
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
- Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
