( is seeking an Applications Analyst to join our Information Solutions Applications support team as a key player in supporting the staffing and scheduling functionalities of our new UKG Workforce Management software. We recently launched the system and are seeking an experienced professional with strong organizational and communication skills to help drive future phase rollouts. If you have experience with staffing and scheduling software or previous HRIS support, we’d love to hear from you!nnWhat You'll Do:nnCollaborate with various teams to and improve existing software applications and plan, design, and implement new ones.nnManage software application projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, goals, and budgets are met.nnTroubleshoot and resolve software issues, documenting solutions and communicating updates to all stakeholders.nnGenerate and analyze reports using clinical application tools to support clinical decision-making.nnTest and evaluate new system updates, ensuring they perform smoothly and efficiently.nnLead training sessions for new and existing software applications, creating user-friendly materials and resources.nnEnsure clinical applications comply with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.nnSupport clinical teams by optimizing technology to enhance workflows and increase reimbursement for healthcare services.nnWhat You'll Bring:nnA degree in healthcare, computer science, or equivalent experience in supporting clinical applications in a healthcare setting.nnProven experience with clinical software applications, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality environment.nnStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects.nnExcellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.nnAttention to detail and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.nnWhat You'll Gain:nnIn addition to the competitive compensation you’d expect, WesleyLife offers true flexibility.
