Responsibilities include:nnDelivery of patient care to assigned patients, provides care for clients as ordered including IV infusions, infusion pumps, and tube feedings under the supervision of a Registered NursennIdentifies, implements, and maintains appropriate teaching plans for patient and caregivers under direction of a Registered NursennFollows plan of care and collaborates with Registered Nurse regarding patient response to treatment and change in statusnnUtilizes nursing knowledge in the administration of medication and evaluation of effectiveness when applicable.nnRequired Certifications and Licensures:nnBLS (Basic Life Support)nnLPN (Registered Nurse) LicensennDriver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)nnEducation:nnRequired Associate's or Diploma NursingnnExperience:nnRequired 1 year Licensed Practical NursennPreferred 1 year Home CarennWhy join BayCare HomeCare?
