  • Staff Management : Supervise and train a team of three full-time housekeepers to maintain a consistently elevated standard. Provide additional hands-on support when necessary.
  • Remote Property Oversight : Oversee the management of secondary properties, including one in Florida and another for sale in Los Angeles, ensuring consistency across all locations.
  • Event Planning and Execution : Take the initiative to plan and execute small-scale events, including holiday celebrations, birthday parties, and seasonal gatherings. Ensure all events are handled with elegance and attention to detail.
  • Wardrobe and Household Care : Manage designer clothing, including storage, cleaning, and dry-cleaning processes. Familiarity with wardrobe styling and organization is highly preferred.
  • Vendor and Contractor Coordination : Schedule and oversee any required maintenance or vendor services for all properties.
  • Guest Experience : Ensure all guests feel welcomed and cared for, offering personalized touches like coffee service and other hospitality measures.
  • Holiday Preparations : Handle tasks like organizing holiday cards, preparing staff bonuses, and ensuring the home is festively decorated and well-prepared for seasonal events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in estate/house management for ultra-high-net-worth families preferred.
  • Hands-on management style with the ability to perform baseline and elevated household tasks.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong event planning and hospitality acumen.
  • Knowledge of designer wardrobe care and styling.

Characteristics :Professional, discreet, and able to maintain boundaries.

  • Approachable yet authoritative, able to train and manage staff effectively.
  • Creative and detail-oriented, with a flair for making holidays and events special.

Schedule : Monday–Friday 9am-5pm on site full time, no remote work will be allowed. There is a private office to do administrative work in.

  • Compensation Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $175,000, based on experience.
  • Full benefits provided after 90 days.
