This Opportunity

WSP is seeking a Quality Manager to join our Construction Management team in Virginia.

Your Impact

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee overall compliance with identified in the Project Implementation Manual, Contracts and Quality Management Standards.
  • Ensure project quality plans are being implemented in design, construction and deployment process and adequate records are being maintained for every step.
  • Assist in the development of the new quality control processes where needed, in collaboration with the project team.
  • Oversee and audit ongoing contracts to measure overall contract health through predetermined contract metrics.
  • Conduct quality compliance audits and if needed manage oversight and resolution for contractor/equipment deficiencies observed for active contracts.
  • Prepare project status reports to monitor and document on-going progress and record how adequate progress is being made within the assigned Task durations.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience within the Construction/Quality Management field
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Post Graduate Education and Certifications
  • Transit/ Rail experience
