We are looking a highly organized and experienced Sr. Payroll Analyst .

About the Role

Sr. Payroll Analyst (Costa Rica) - Santa Clara, CA Remote – 11+ Months

Role: Sr. Payroll Analyst

Locations: Santa Clara, CA/Remote

Status: Contract – Only W2

Estimated Duration: 11 months

Responsibilities:

• Perform payroll duties including but not limited to; Time & Attendance, Payroll processor for Costa Rica payroll and assist with additional Americas payrolls (US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil), Fidelity management of Deferred Comp and ESPP, Customer Service and Support using our ticketing system, back-up and support as necessary, to the Payroll Manager

Required Skills:

• Solid knowledge of local taxation and regulations in Costa Rica
• Demonstrated senior level payroll technical skills in a variety of areas including, payroll processing, reporting, account reconciliations, stock reporting, and performance of SOX controls
• Experience with preparing input to provide to payroll vendor
• Knowledge or experience in the following platforms; ADP, Workday, Fidelity, ServiceNow, EY, Excel, JPMorgan, Citibank and proficiency in learning new systems as required.
