Territories Include:
• North: Southern edge of Oshkosh, Eldorado, Rosendale, Van Dyne
• South: Brownsville, Lomira, Mayville, Theresa, Horicon, Campbellsport, Bryon, Oakfield
• East: St. Cloud, Mt. Calvary, Taycheedah, Calumet, Kiel, New Holstein
• West: Ripon, Princeton, Markesan, Berlin
• And everything in the middle

Certs REQ: BLS, State license
Is on-call REQ? No

RTO Restrictions: Please request RTO up front if possible. Travelers may be required to participate in holiday and weekend rotation.
Guaranteed Hours: If confirmed to 3x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 36 hours/ week. If confirmed to 4x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 48 hours/ week. If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours/week. If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours/ week. Please note: SSM may cancel (call-off) the following per 4-week period: Up to 8 hours for Candidates confirmed to 8-hour shifts. Up to 10 hours for Candidates confirmed to 10-hour shifts. Up to 12 hours for Candidates confirmed to 12-hour shifts.
