The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years of relevant HR Generalist experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally food and beverage
- Strong problem solver who can tackle a variety of challenges
- Strong communicator and multi-tasker
- Able to focus on both details and higher level strategy
- MUST be bilingual, English/Spanish
Scope of Role:
- Full responsibility for Human Resources at the plant and for sales and warehouse employees
- Responsibility for employee safety
- Manage payroll for hourly employees
- Onboarding, training, development, succession planning
- Benefits administration, handbook review
