Your Role with the Company:
The General Manager is responsible for managing all operations of the restaurant, including:
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing and implementing exceptional customer service practices, emphasizing hospitality, and consistently exceeding guest expectations
- Direct appropriate ordering, storage, organization and preparation of all food and beverage items, as well as maintain stock of needed business supplies
- Manage bi-weekly payroll processing and staff scheduling to ensure accurate compensation, optimize labor efficiency, and meet operational needs
- Manage P&L, balancing cost management with the human side of hospitality and people management
- Contributes to and executes team training materials, initiatives and programs
- Motivates, leads, creates influence at all levels of the organization
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a General Manager with a fast paced, high volume, casual dining restaurant or production kitchen
- Passionate about developing and improving systems to support organizational growth and scalability
- A leader who prioritizes employee growth, well-being, and empowerment to foster a positive and thriving team culture
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Conversational Spanish speaking skills highly desired
