Leading apparel marketer, manufacturer, and multi-tier distributor apparel company looking for a Production Assistant. This role will reporting to the Production Head.

Job Responsibilities:

· Issue new purchase orders

· Update purchase order revisions & ensure all factories’ to get compliance requirement when orders are issued

· Review production WIP report against all production schedules & shipment tracking, update the shipment status in Simparel system

· Provide all detail accessories & packing/shipping instruction requirements to vendors & ensure that approval is given prior to production

· Coordinate with technical & designs departments for getting fit/pp/top samples approval process done in timely manner

· Examine all top samples on their packing & trimming to avoid any mistake before shipment made

· Daily communication with answers & solutions to vendor’s request

Qualifications

· Major in fashion Merchandising in school or knowledge preferred

· 1-2 years in fashion garment experience preferred but not necessary

· Basic garment construction, fabric & styling knowledge needed

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Detail oriented & careful attitude with strong organizational capabilities.

· Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented and collaborative environment

· Strong Computer knowledge (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft office)

· Bilingual Speaking Chinese and Korean
