Position: Executive Assistant

Summary: This position will support a growing team of commercial real estate brokers. The successful candidate is responsible for prioritizing projects, preparing presentation materials, and maintaining multiple calendars and contacts to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment transacting across multiple states.

Main Responsibilities:

·        Assist entire Team with creation and publication of marketing materials

·        Coordinate orders and maintain relationships with third party vendors

·        Answer inbound calls and emails and designate follow-up

·        Assist with and track payment of company expenses and book travel

·        Organize, label and save all documents

·        Add to, edit and maintain companywide CRM with a special attention to details

Requirements:

·        Outstanding organizational and time management skills

·        Detail oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks

·        Team player and coachable attitude

·        Our team approach to client service requires in person work

·        Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

·        Office Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM

Skills:

·        Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Calendar

·        Microsoft Office Suite

·        Ability to write and verbally communicate in a professional manner

·        Any Adobe products a plus (InDesign, PDF Reader, Photoshop)
